Wise counsel is imperative, and deserves a seat at the table for those who wish to realize their potential and produce good fruit. One cannot simply get to the pinnacle by themselves, they will need others who support and help along the way. As a leader you will need to surround yourself with those who push you to become better, as well as those that draw out the best you have deep within (Proverbs 11:14). NFP partners with you in this process. Through New Found Power, LLC, Tyler Fisher seeks to empower leaders and organizations with expert coaching and development. From early beginnings through today, Tyler’s journey combines hands-on experience from ranching and blue-collar work with the discipline and teamwork honed through college sports. This foundation was further strengthened by his tenure working in college athletics and higher education, culminating in a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Transitioning into the business world, Tyler continued to refine his knowledge and skill sets for how to develop people at any stage of life and career. With the establishment of NFP, he seeks to draw on this rich and varied background. His eclectic mix of experiences equips Tyler with a unique perspective and a multifaceted skill set, enabling him to deliver innovative, practical, and effective leadership solutions tailored to diverse organizational needs.
